By placing an order with 1ne Performance, you are acknowledging and accepting everything listed below. 

• Canceling An Order

You may cancel or modify your order anytime prior to shipment. However, once the item(s) have been shipped, you will no longer be able to cancel the order. 

• Returns After Item Has Been Received

Returns are accepted if you contact us via our contact form (located at the top of this page) within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We charge a 10% restocking fee and return shipping charges must be covered by the customer. After the item is received on our end, we will inspect it and issue a refund accordingly. The restocking fee will be waived if the item has fitment issues and we get an email from the professional shop that you chose to have your item installed at, verifying that the item is indeed defective. Have your shop email us at 1nePerformance1ne@gmail.com Every item is closely inspected for visual defects or damage before being shipped. We do not ship damaged items no matter how big or small. If an item is returned to us damaged, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be issued. We are NOT responsible for damage to items during transit. We cannot accept returns on items that have been installed onto a vehicle. Modified or painted items cannot be returned. They will be rejected and also sent back. Items must be returned in original box/packaging. 

• Shipping Fees

Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If an item is being returned, the shipping fees must be covered by the customer.

• Warranty

Our products do not have any attached warranty. Most carbon fiber products are hand-crafted, and no two items are identical. Small imperfections such as wavy weaves, clear coat bubbles, etc may be present.
