Q: How many days do I have to return an item?
A: You have 7 days to contact us for a return from the date you receive your item.
Q: How long does it normally take before my item is shipped?
A: In most cases, your item will be shipped within 3 business days but in rare cases, it may take up to 5 business days. (Holidays and weekends are not counted as business days.)
Q: It has been over 5 business days and my item still hasn't shipped. What do I do?
A: We stay on top of all orders but in the event that this happens, please contact us via our contact page (located on the home page) and we'll investigate to figure out why it's taking longer than normal.
Q: Can I install the item(s) myself?
A: 1ne Performance strongly encourages installation from a reputable and professional shop for all of our items. We do not recommend doing it on your own. Furthermore, if the item is damaged due to a poor or incorrect installation, your refund will be voided.
Q: Why are your prices so low?
A: For us, it's not about the money. It's about helping our customers build their dream cars but still having enough to go out for a nice steak dinner.
Q: Is there any way for me to pick up my item?
